Eligibility Criteria :

People with disabilities who:

Are aged 18 years and above requiring assistance with accessing accommodation.



Have adequate or are eligible for Individual Support Funding



Are able to live independently and safely or have adequate support to live in rental accommodation.



Have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign - or for a representative to sign - a rental contract.



Have an understanding of the rights and responsibilities associated with being a tenant.



Have family or case management support to assist the person to transition to their independent living option.
